  • Enterprise & Workplace Learning

    AMI Enterprise offers the Leadership Development Programme as a tailored solution for workplace learning, supporting teams of leaders within a company or organisation to learn and grow together virtually, in-person, or in a hybrid setting.

    Impact @ Scale

    Based on development needs, scope, and geographic reach, AMI Impact works alongside partners to design and deliver virtual, in-person and hybrid editions of the Leadership Development Programme to upskill and prepare leaders in sectors, communities of practice, or industries across Africa. Cohorts focus on working together to apply learning and Action Learning Projects to solve key challenges in specific focus areas.

Overview

This programme equips leaders with the emotional intelligence, communication, and change management skills required to elevate teams and achieve tangible business outcomes.


Participants don’t just read about how to become better leaders, they put new concepts and tools into practice through interactive learning labs, self-paced learning on AMI’s platform, and structured peer feedback to reinforce practical application. 


During the 8-12 month journey, leaders complete a collaborative Action Learning Project, applying AMI’s proven change management tools to solve real business challenges “on the job”. Professional coaches support the implementation of new leadership behaviours within the Action Learning Project framework.


Guided by AMI’s expert facilitators, coaches, and learning managers, this flagship experience ensures leaders not only gain new skills but actively implement them—building stronger teams and driving organisational outcomes in real time.
