Growing a business is just as challenging as launching one. Grow Your Business is designed to help ambitious SME owners and teams that are positioned to scale. With expert-led facilitation, practical business tools, and interactive peer-learning, this programme empowers business leaders to drive growth with confidence.
Over six months, businesses gain hands-on experience in five key areas: business planning, customer acquisition, financial management, operations, and people leadership. The learning journey blends live learning, interactive group learning labs, and online resources, making it accessible for busy entrepreneurs to learn on the go.
This flexible programme ensures that business owners not only learn but apply their knowledge immediately. With a focus on measurable business results, Grow Your Business delivers the insights, skills, and network needed to unlock new growth opportunities.

The main applicant and participant is the Business Owner, CEO, or Founder of the business
Business owners can be accompanied by up to 2 employees (key staff or senior managers)

Business Profile
Years In Business: Business in operation for more than 1 year
Revenue: Generated between $10,000 and $400,000 in revenue in at least one of the last two financial years
Employees: The business has a minimum of 2 full-time employees
Internet Enabled: Smartphone/internet connection to access online tools, courses, and the online community
Performance-Oriented: Willing to share key performance/financial data (so that you and we can learn about your growth progress).

The Pan-African Grow Your Business Programmes has a 50% scholarships offer for qualified women-owned businesses with this criteria:
