Overview

The transition to management requires a new mindset, enhanced skills, and the ability to navigate team dynamics effectively. The Changing Gears Short Programme focuses on the essential components of management development, equipping new and existing managers with practical tools to handle key leadership challenges.


Participants will learn how to set expectations, communicate effectively, manage performance, and lead with authority while maintaining trust. Through structured learning, hands-on exercises, and expert-led sessions, managers will gain confidence in making decisions, resolving conflicts, and fostering accountability within their teams.The transition from an individual contributor to a manager requires a shift in skills, mindset, and responsibilities.
