I started Àtijẹ to celebrate West African food and culture, but I was running the business on instinct. The Aspire Programme gave me the discipline to use data, standardise our operations, and build a business that could grow without losing what made it special. Since then, we've increased revenue by more than 40% while creating opportunities for women and reducing food waste in our community
