AMI’s continuous learning model follows a four-stage cycle, which repeats over the course of each programme. The ultimate goal is tangible business outcomes, through a focus on the application of behaviours and practices that are proven to win.

Our tech-forward approach starts with a ‘Discover’ diagnostic phase to ensure every learning journey is targeted and relevant. Learners then engage in live interactive ‘Learning Labs’ led by Africa’s top facilitators. Between workshops, they access practical tools and training from our digital learning platform, and apply new behaviours and practices on the job, and in the business.
